A reservation for enrolment in a Spanish course at Barcelona Spanish School is only valid, when you have enrolled for your Spanish course and when you have received a confirmation of your reservation from Barcelona Spanish.
There is no enrolment fee.

Confirmation of Spanish course:
An confirmation of enrolment in a Spanish course at Barcelona Spanish School is only valid, when you have paid the full amount for your Spanish course and received a receipt of payment.

Spanish course information:
Our standard Spanish group size has maximum 9 students.
Standard class groups require a minimum of 2 students to continue. If the number of students falls below 3, then we reserve the right to reschedule the class and offer the students in the class full compensation.
One (1) hour of standard classes lasts 55 minutes.
The minimum age to enroll is 18 years unless accompanied by an adult in which case it is the minimum age is 16.
Included in the course fees:
- Spanish course
- Photo copies handed out by the teacher
- Free level test
- Free internet, library and study areas 9.00 to 18.00
- Spanish Course certificate
Not included in the course fees:
- Spanish study books
- Fax and photocopying by students.
- Excursions
Student conduct
Barcelona Spanish reserves the right to expel students for bad conduct, disturbing behavior in class or excessive and consistent tardiness.
Refund and cancellation policy
Refunds & cancellations after the course has started:
After a Spanish course has started the school will not refund any payments or offer any other form of compensation for any reason.
During a course we do not refund for student absence for any reason. We do not offer any other form of compensation.
We will compensate for national or local public holidays, which cause classes to be cancelled. This compensation can be in the form of extra classes or a refund. The compensation form is decided by the school and not the student.
Refunds & cancellations before the course beginning:
We can offer limited refunds if a course is cancelled before the course beginning date as follows:
Written cancellation received 21 full days before your course start:
Full refund minus cancellation fee of 75 euros.
Written cancellation received 14 full days before your course start:
Full refund minus cancellation fee of 100 euros.
Written cancellation received 7 full days before your course start:
Full refund minus cancellation fee of 125 euros.
Written cancellation received less than 7 full days before your course start:
Full refund minus cancellation fee of 150 euros.
We do not refund for any reason after a course has started.
In special cases we can change your course starting date, but if this change is made less than 14 days before the starting date we charge 50 euros administration fee. You are allowed up to 2 course date changes.
Insurance.
Travel insurance is recommended. Please make sure that you have personal liability insurance, especially if you book family or apartment sharing accommodation.
European Community nationals are insured through the state insurance fund against accident and illness. Before traveling ask for the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) at your local health insurance office.
Non-European Community nationals should buy international health insurance policy that is valid for Spain.
